Legal
This explains what we collect on freefundingbusiness.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. The short version: we ask for your name, email and phone so we can send you the training and call you about it. We do not sell your information.
From the form on this site: your name, your email address and your phone number. That is all the form asks for and all we require.
Automatically, like most websites: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar technology.
If you later speak to someone on our team, we keep notes of that conversation so the next person who talks to you has context.
To send you the free training and the emails that go with it. To have a member of our team call you about it. To answer you when you get in touch. To understand which pages work and which do not. To meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.
By giving us your phone number you are agreeing that we may call and text you about the training and about our services, including through automated dialling technology. Consenting to that is not a condition of receiving the free training.
Reply STOP to any text to stop the texts. Tell whoever calls you that you do not want further contact and we will note it.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Text message consent is not shared with anyone.
Only with the companies that run the tools we use to operate the business: our CRM and email or SMS delivery, our website hosting, our analytics, and payment processing if you later become a client. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
We also share it if the law requires us to, or if the business is sold or merged, in which case it moves with the rest of the business.
We never sell your personal information.
For as long as you are in contact with us, and after that for as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons. If you ask us to delete it, we do, unless we are required to keep something.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request is still yours to make.
We use cookies to keep the site working, to remember you between visits, and to measure traffic. You can block them in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Questions about this policy, or any request about your information, go to [email protected], or write to us at 100 Front St, Ste 400 #722, Worcester, MA 01608, United States.
