These terms apply to freefundingbusiness.com and to the free training you receive when you submit the form on this site. By submitting that form you are agreeing to what is written below. Read the section on phone calls and messages in particular, because that is the part people are usually surprised by later.
This site is operated by JJT Consulting Group. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean that company. Where they say “you”, they mean the person submitting the form.
You get access to funding education material at no charge. There is nothing to buy on this page and no payment information is collected. We do not charge you for the training, now or later.
Access is granted for your personal use. We may change, add to or withdraw the material at any time.
This is the part that matters most. When you submit the form you are giving us permission to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide. That includes calls placed by a member of our team, text messages, and email.
Those calls may be placed using automated dialling technology. Agreeing to receive them is not a condition of getting the free training. The training is yours either way.
You can stop the messages at any time: reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or tell whoever calls you that you would rather not be contacted again. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We do not sell or rent your phone number to anyone else.
Nothing on this site is a promise that you will be approved for funding, for any particular amount, or on any particular terms. Lending decisions are made by lenders, using their own criteria, and we do not control them.
Any figures, examples or results shown on this site are what specific people achieved in their own circumstances. They are not typical, not averages, and not a projection of what you will get.
The material is educational. It is not financial advice, not legal advice, not tax advice, and not credit repair services as defined by applicable law. We are not your broker, lender, accountant or attorney. Decisions about your money and your business remain yours, and you should take professional advice before acting on anything you learn here.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. The material is written for the United States market and may not apply anywhere else.
The form asks for your name, email and phone number. Give us real ones. If you give us someone else’s phone number, or a number you are not authorised to receive calls on, you are responsible for that, not us.
The training, templates and written material on this site belong to us. You may use them for your own business. You may not copy them, resell them, republish them, or share your access with anyone else.
Do not attempt to break into any part of the site, scrape it, overload it, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may cut off access to anyone who does, without notice.
We link to and use tools run by other companies. When you use one of those, their terms apply, not ours, and we are not responsible for what they do with your information once you are on their side.
The site and the material are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or the material.
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or the material, or from information you gave us that was not yours to give.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and any dispute goes to the courts there.
